TD Media created this unique web-based, follow-up marketing application for accomplished speaker and trainer Rick Itzkovitch.

Rick's idea was to create a system that sent out a personalized daily email containing a quote and an associated action. Rick had used this technique effectively to stay in touch with clients and prospects.

The challenge was to create a system that automated the sign up and delivery process so that anybody could start sending similar messages to their list of contacts without any help from the client.

Through a few key brainstorming sessions, other ideas like an affiliate marketing system, list import and individualized branding were added to the finished system. The system uses the InfusionSoft API to automatically trigger multiple communication sequences depending on the status of the subscriber.

The QuoteActions system sends over 20,000 personalized messages a week using best practice delivery techniques. As a result, the system has never been flagged as a source of spam. You can view the SenderBase report for the sever here.

The QuoteActions custom server is housed in TD Media's San Diego Colocation center.
